The Cellebrite Certified Operator (CCO) credential is a valuable mobile forensic certification that certifies participants have gained the knowledge and practical skills required to:

  • Handle mobile devices in a forensically sound manner
  • Use components the UFED Touch and UFED 4PC
  • Conduct extractions using the Cellebrite Extraction Methodology
  • Conduct basic analysis of user data
  • Create basic reports on extracted data

    Animation: CCO equivalent to CCLOImportant note to our Cellebrite Certified Logical Operator (CCLO) certificate holders: On January 1, 2017, the CCO is replacing the CCLO certification. Your certification is equivalent to the CCO in every way. In fact, when you recertify as a CCLO in 2017 and beyond, you will receive the new CCO certificate.

The Cellebrite Certified Physical Analyst (CCPA) credential is an advanced level certification that certifies participants have gained knowledge and practical skills using UFED Physical Analyzer software required to: will be used to explore recovered deleted data, database contents, advanced search and analysis techniques, verification and validation, and reporting.

  • Conduct advanced analysis on mobile devices
  • Advanced search and analysis techniques
  • Verify and validate their findings
  • Generate reports on technical findings

Our flagship certification, the Cellebrite Certified Mobile Examiner (CCME) certification is attained only by those who pass a comprehensive knowledge and practical skills assessment which certifies recipients have passed a comprehensive knowledge examination along with a series of practical assessments on a variety of mobile devices. The CCME examination is only open to those who have completed the CMFF and earned the CCO and CCPA certifications.
