The purpose of the CCO and CCPA Refresher Courses and Recertification Examination is to provide proof of ongoing education and competency using Cellebrite hardware and software.
Students only need to recertify at the highest-level certification achieved to renew all lesser certificates. For example, if a student earns CCO, then earns CCPA, recertifying at the CCPA level will renew both certifications. Therefore, you will only need to complete either the CCO or CCPA course. Certifications must be renewed by the end of the second year after achievement. For example, certificates earned in 2017 must be renewed by 31 December 2019. Additional information can be found on the About Cellebrite Certifications page.
Once your payment is made, the Certification Committee will review your record of prior learning and grant access to the appropriate course and exam within 1-3 business days.
Upon completion of the course, students will receive a certificate of attendance reflecting the completion of 5 hours for attending the Refresher Course. Upon completing the examination with a minimum score of 80%, students will receive the appropriate certifications.
The Certification Committed will grant students access to either the CCO or CCPA refresher course based on their previously earned certifications.
